Capabilities
HardWired Technologies builds systems that work. We meet the needs of our clients, creating tools and solutions that they can easily understand, use, and maintain.
01
Managed IT
We build and support a business's IT as a whole: the network, the servers, the workstations, mail and identity, backups, and the vendors behind them. Systems can live on your premises, in our racks, or with a hosted provider, and we run them the same way wherever they are. A fixed monthly fee covers monitoring, maintenance, and support. We focus on preventing problems before they interrupt your work.
02
Platform & software development
We build the software a business runs on: intranets, dashboards, line-of-business applications, and the integrations between them. Our platforms are real-time by design, so a dashboard shows the system in its present state. They expose their functions as tools an LLM agent can use, with the permissions of the person asking. We connect legacy systems through their APIs, or around them when they have none, and put a middle tier and a dashboard over the result. We create reactive front ends and back-end services in modern web languages, and data models built around how the business actually works.
03
Edge & self-hosted AI infrastructure
We can run inference where the data lives: on bare-metal servers in our racks or yours, with hosted models behind the same gateway when the workload calls for them. Models are pinned, so behavior doesn't change underneath you. On top of it all, we can integrate a chat interface into your own business systems, hosted wherever makes sense for you.
04
Websites and hosting
We build website back-ends, work with designers to produce the front-ends, and host and maintain the result. We also take over sites and hosting that already exist, legacy sites included. Whether a single server or a fleet, we maintain them: updates, backups, certificates, monitoring, and the migrations when it's time to move. Sites can run in our racks, on the client's own infrastructure, or with a hosted provider.
05
Business systems automation
The work between systems that people used to do by hand is now done by the systems themselves. An intranet watches the HR system, and when an employee is hired, changed, or let go, it creates, updates, or suspends that employee's accounts in every other system. A waiting list keeps itself current by asking the people on it, by text message, whether they want to stay. Reports build themselves on schedule, and the exceptions land on a dashboard. Every business has a list like this; we work through it.
06
MCP tooling
MCP servers that expose a business's real systems to an LLM agent: the intranet, the ERP, the ticket queue, the file store. Access is scoped per tenant and per user and enforced at the gateway: the agent has the permissions of the person asking, and no more.
For decision makers
- Owner-led engineering: the people who design the systems also build and run them
- Hardware in hand: our own racks and on-premises inference, with hosted providers when they fit
- Okaloosa County, within driving distance of Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, and the primes that serve them
